Mobile Homes (ENG)

Mobile home ( for 4 people + 1 ). A comfortable place which families  will love for a pleasant and happy holiday. Description:

• living room with cooking facilities

• private toilet with shower cabin

• Air conditioning

• Large veranda ( 5 x 2,50 mt.) with dining table and 6 chairs

Arrivals only on Saturday  from 4.00 o clock p.m. departures on Saturday by 10.00 a.m. Prices include : VAT 10% and taxes, car park, gas, electricity, hot water, air conditioning, clearing at the end of the week. Every living units endowed with 1 beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs, to be removed from the beach every evening after use. On request:  bed sheets  € 5.50 for 1 person  per week, toilet towels  € 4.50 for 1 person  per week.  No laundry service is included. For every piece in addition the price will be the same. Dogs are accepted on request only ( the fare is € 20  per week):  on acceptance, they must be kept by lead and not let  running freely in the campsite premises. For their needs, they must be taken outside the camping area. Dogs of dangerous  breed are not accepted. Only  in A and B periods  we accept  stays  shorter  than one week, according to  availability and with prices to be agreed . On line reservations are accepted only  after  payment of 20% of the total amount ,  a receipt of which should be e-mailed to us. Payment  of  the deposit  should be made on the following bank account : Bank  Account  Number : 4406 ; Company name : PROCACCINI RAFFAELE  Snc di Procaccini Mosè& C. Bank:  Intesa San Paolo IBAN: IT 12 K 0306921103100000004406  SWIFT: BCITITMMXXX The remaining  amount  should  be paid on arriving; in addition,  guests are requested  to  give €100 caution money to be refunded at the end of the stay. If you want to cancel your reservation,  this should be done in 15 days before the beginning of your  stay,  only  € 50 will be given back to you . Advance payment will not be  refunded in case of  lack of  communication of the cancellation.

Only for this summer season, we offer an exceptional discount of 10% for  two week stay in our mobile home in D and  E period.
